  1. Rinse the pork belly and boil in a separate pot for about 10 minutes to remove any impurities.
  2. Drain and rinse the pork belly under cold water.

  4. Add the pork belly, cooking until it is browned on all sides.
  5. Add the diced onion and crushed garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the water, then add the soaked seaweed, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.
  7. Bring the whole mixture to a boil.
  8. Then, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1 hour 30 minutes or until the pork is tender.
