Instructions

  1. Combine the pork, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and white pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Stir in the chopped cabbage and green onions.
  3. Place a scoop of the pork filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper, fold it over into a triangle, and seal the edges. Fold the two corners of the triangle together to make a dumpling shape.
  4. In a large pot, bring the chicken and pork broth to a boil. Add the wontons and simmer until they float, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the bok choy or Chinese spinach and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
